@Mattg I got the e-mail with advice that the latest webinar was available for reply but somethings broken (maybe my technique), but can you help, following this trail:

Clicking the button I get

And clicking on the log in link, I get

So a circle. Going in the long way, via the top menu I can reach this, but none of the links are active.

If you're logged in and then click again on the "View Replay" link in the email, you should go directly to the webinar replay page.

Alternatively, if you're logged in, you can click on the "Go to Webinar Archives" button which is below the list in your screenshot.

If this isn't working, logging out and back in again should usually fix it. The links appear to be set up correctly on AFF's end.

I did say that I tried the first two, without success. I've now logged out, and back in again and all the same.

I wonder if its because of my peculiar Plat status? I'll DM Admin - can't include you as I'm only allowed 1 person per DM - must raise this as well.

The problem seems to be your login status. Your account is showing as AFF Platinum, so it's probably a bug where the WordPress part of the website doesn't think you're logged in. I would try logging in again, then after you get the page in your third screenshot, go to the webinar archive page again directly. Hopefully that will work for you.

I'm experiencing the same problem described by @RooFlyer. I have tried logging out and back in again with no joy. Any other suggestions?

It seems to me that you might not currently have a Gold or Platinum membership linked to your AFF account, as there's no AFF Supporter banner showing on your profile at the moment. If your membership hasn't expired, this could be due to a technical issue.

If you currently have an active AFF subscription and believe this is an error, I'd suggest submitting a request via the AFF contact form so the support team can look into it: Contact the Australian Frequent Flyer - Australian Frequent Flyer

Please note that most AFF staff are currently on Christmas leave so it might take a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

Thanks Matt. I hadn't noticed that the AFF Supporter banner had dropped off. I think my membership must have expired sometime in December. I'm surprised that there was no subscription reminder sent.
