An IAD AFF meetup?

Yeah i could be up for a meet up in IAD, i haven't really decided what i will do in the US before flying out for Africa on Nov 3rd... Might go on a cruise, might hire a car and drive out through Utah and Arizona... Original thought was I might fly down to the Galapogas Islands and back up but unless a special comes up might leave that for another time, but will probably be in Wash DC for at least a day... Might even go and have another look around that annex of the Smithsonian Museum they have out at IAD with all the planes if its easy enough to get to from the airport...

Hmmm.... I'm way too Bronze-ish atm.

Exam week for uni is right then according to my subject outline, and I still have a training course in HKG likely in Oct.

I'm on the east coast at the moment (PHL, CAE, NYC, MHT) until 20th. Then west coast (LAX, SFO, LAS) 20-29.
Possible. Depends on plans with local friends.

We've postponed our trip for now as one of our doggies had a seizure & subsequent hospital stay of 10 days so we weren't comfortable with going anywhere until we were sure he's okay again. He's now on two types of medication & we've got to do physio on his back legs so they're back to full strength but he's so much better & back to his old self thank heavens.

So thankful it happened when it did & not while we were away.
