LAX Lounges?

If you have the Virgin Australia app on your iphone and should your status change between your two flight dates, the app can be used to show your current status and bring up a digital version of your membership card. However, for the reasons I outlined in my post, I wouldn't be too disappointed if you don't get in .

Thanks for this. We certainly do have the app, it's a very handy tool.

I think we will just stroll through, casually recline on a few chairs, take a very discreet photo to prove we were there, then saunter back to the Business Class Lounge. We may even sashay.

Memo: Act Cool.

VX's Loft lounge in T3 is IMO one of the worst airport lounges.

Even the elevator to access lounge floor is slow, dirty and shared as goods lift.

The Star Alliance lounge @ LAX TBIT is very nice. It is the best lounge i have visited so far. I suggest giving yourself lots of time, book in a shower near to boarding when you arrive, enjoy some dinner before the crowd arrives, and then head to the outside terrace for drinks and the view.

+100 for the *A lounge at TBIT. It's an excellent lounge.
I'm WP and wandered through the F section, I'd only really have a meal there and then make my way to the terrace.

The last time I was there, I was literally the only person on the entire terrace for about an hour, before another couple came outside. The lounge area inside was still pretty full. I was ... pleased.

Will be there again on 9 Aug this year, before (hopefully) "the business" back

+1 for *A J lounge - it's a whole lotta good. Outside terrace just superb - and the Napa Mumm is nigh on indiscernible from genuine French Champers - food has never knocked my socks off but otherwise excellent. I did find the USB charging pts ever so slow though.

And it's sooo much better than the crowded QF lounge at about 10pm!
