Hi all,
I was looking to book a Rome > Shanghai > Melbourne flight(s) in late June with China Eastern which is currently the cheapest/most convenient option to return back to Aus after 6 weeks in Europe. The layover in Shanghai is ~5 hours and I have no intentions of entering/transiting China.
However, I can't seem to find any information regarding entry (layover) in China with regards to COVID testing. The only information I can find is regards to entry into China (landside). Has anyone recently had a layover in China? Would a PCR/RAT required prior to boarding in Rome?
Thanks in advance!
