Nope - AMEX promo (spend $200 get $100 back) is for Australian hotels only.

Great - needless to say, make sure you use 2 different AMEX cards (you can only get $100 back once per card) - also if you have multiple AMEX cards you can always ask the hotel to pay with multiple cards in lots of $200 if your total bill is $400 or more, provided of course all cards are registered for the promo

So you can use one card to get the booking discount and the other for incidentals. I love AFF wisdom.
