I couldn't find anything in the official T&C document so thought I'd ask here:
When do points expire?
I haven't had any activity in a while (25 March 2012) and just logged into my account and it says they expire on 25 March 2013.
So if I have some points accrual next month (eg 1 November), will the reset date for all points be 1 November the following year?

Or do they do a tiered system whereby everything to the value of my account as of 25 March 2012 will last 12 months and then anything earned after that will last for a respective 12 months after the earn date? (unless used)

I don't suppose there is a "cheap and easy" way of crediting a small amount just to tick over activity (eg buying $31 of goods at Woolworths and scanning your EDR card for 1 QFF point so that the account is active...)?

The points expire one year after the last activity date in your account. So, if you have activity on 1 November, all the points will list as expiring on 1 November next year.

Not too sure if there are any cheaper ways to keep points active but you can always rent a car from Europcar and credit points to Accor

Confirmed, and points expiry operates in a similar way to QFF. As long as you keep your account active, my understanding is the LeClub points won't expire.

Thanks guys - have had a stay on the weekend credited already (yesterday!) so that brings it forward a bit. I have now changed hotel arrangements so I can get points now - should have done this ages ago, don't get me started on how many I missed out on :(
