1. write down the reference number and not bank on the email making to your inbox. Because, if you don't have it, the voucher is supposedly lost forever.

2. first time experiencing terrible service when dialing 131211. Maybe she just wanted to go home or didn't like my name? unbelievably rude. When i asked to speak to her supervisor she went sure, and hung up on me. Or maybe transfer error but i doubt it.

I actually have to call up regarding a voucher not making it to me. I noted down the ref though.

The first voucher arrived in my inbox and when "redeeming" shows as a gift voucher, however the second shows as a flight from Winter Haven to Vichadero, so I'm not sure why two different vouchers are so vastly different, seeing as they're the same value.

Also doesn't help I used the credit from one voucher for a flight a week ago and the flight shows as confirmed, but I still see the full voucher amount, so do wonder who's paid for my flight ;)

I have previously lost the details of a voucher (having not gotten the email) and after ringing the WP line the lady was able to retrieve it using my credit card details. She told me the number and I was able to use it immediately without an email.

I now take a screen dump immediately I get the number. This is part of a long document so that I can keep track of them all.
