So if someone is stressed in a Uni lecture it is quite OK to get up and punch the lecturer.

Did you have Professor Walker for political economics at Griffith Uni too?

Sometimes I feel frustrated living in a world with people such as bambbbam2 who have so much hate.

Reams of pyschobabble flushed where it belongs

I want to make two points:

1. please don't class me as "filled with hate" - I am nothing of the sort. You don't know me, you have never met me.

2. I am looking at this from the viewpoint of someone who worked in customer service for a long time. I know this woman's type. Their approach goes through stages, as I will show below.

a. They approach the counter, eyelids fluttering. May I hop on this plane?, she would have said hopefully. After getting rebuffed she would have moved to

b. Please, she says half-demanding. Another flutter, then a quip about how important it is that she makes this flight and how her delay was someone else's fault. Again denied, she would have moved to

c. "Don't you know who I am?".. or "I do a lot of business with your company and I won't do any more unless you let me on". Denied

d. Outright hostility.. "what kind of service do you call this", said deliberately loudly as to evoke sympathy from any nearby passengers. Again with the No, a word she is obviosuly unused to hearing.

Most people would give up at this point.. not Madam Fu.. somehow this "normally passive" woman then comes out with the fists-a-flying. Then after she is nicked, out come the excuses.

So forgive me if I don't fall for the same old sob story. If she was so apologetic, I'm sure she would have sent a deeply contrite letter to the victim.. didn't she?? hello?
