Had a really disappointing customer service experience on a recent flight from Brisbane to Sydney and to top it all off I left my Bose QuietComfort 35 headphones onboard. I followed up with Virgin Australia and nothing has been handed in except for a pair in Perth but it was on an Embraer E190 and I don't think they fly to Perth.
I've called the Perth desk 5 times and left two messages and had no response. I know it's my own fault but really disappointing that this trip has ended up costing me $500, considering I got the flight on sale for $69.
This whole experience just leaves a really sour taste in my mouth. I've always thought that if something was left onboard it would generally find its way back, but obviously this is not the case. Be careful with your gadgets!
