I'm travelling Madrid to Singapore on BA ticket transiting thru LHR. That means a T5 to T3 connection requiring a minimum time of 90 minutes. The MAD to LHR leg is well known for delays so may have less than the MCT for the transit, especially after reading all the forums on LHR connections.

Would using an airport concierge service like Diamond Air International at LHR be useful in expediting the transit especially thru departure security lines?

Can anyone with experience of such services rate their effectiveness?
