AA lounge is really good. Nice eggs Benedict.

I haven’t read up thread (hiking in Spain so my wifi is limited) so this may have been mentioned but you need to do a hard right immediately after leaving the secure area and the elevator upstairs to the AA lounge is 10-15 metres in front of you (it can be easily missed)

BTW they limit the mini bottles of Moet champagne to 1 per pax. It used to be big bottles and freepour but I think people were taking them away, ditto when they moved to small bottles. If you ask nicely you may get a 2nd, but it's a bit of a battle.

Sad news, QF have cancelled LHR arrivals access.

I really liked this lounge. For 2 pax per flight, don't see why QF don't pay a per usage access to keep this benefit going. Cheap-skates! Even worse when you think about how much you pay for QF J and F!

Just a month or so after Virgin add it as a perk when arriving on VS as a WP...

If you have Priority Pass there's a few options. It's a short walk to the LHR T2 Premium Plaza lounge which has a reasonable full english on offer plus showers. LHR T3 Premium Plaza has lounge access on offer, but if you want a shower that's extra. I would go for T2 over T3 any day.

T4 is nice as well, but a bit more of a faff to get to.
