Hello Virgin / Velocity rep - are you still with us?
The link doesn't appear to be working any longer... Any idea where /holidays/our-lounge-house is linked from? Think my parents could benefit from this offer.

A couple of days ago I read a message to say for month of May June Virgin were offering a lounge pass for Seniors if flying with Virgin Domestic,
I looked at the log in site and received no information.
I sent a email to Virgin Lounge This is the reply
Dear Ms Cahlil,
Thank you for your email regarding Virgin Australia lounge access for guestswho are over 60 years of age. It is my pleasure to assist you by providing thefollowing information.
I can confirm that Virgin Australia does not provide lounge access to guestswho are over 60 years of age.
Thank you for taking your time to contact the Virgin Australia lounge, MsCahlil. We look forward to seeing you on one of our lounges.
Kind Regards,
Deejay
The Virgin Australia Lounge team
I am flying several flights in that time and would really like to be able to use lounge.
How can I confirm this.
Cheers
Mystic
Well, given you had to book a #Holiday# not a Flight, and you had to request the pass in the booking, I doubt to many people meet the eligibility requirements. The promotion was and still is available, regardless of whether it is still advertised. It would be illegal for them to deny your right to a purchased service (as long as you met the criteria for the promotion).
When I got the heads up I got the denied access. This new link just takes me to a page where VA asks me to accept virgin cookies. No mention of lounge access for the over 60s.
