Link Airways to start BNE-BDB (Bundaberg)

3 flights a day seems a little ambitious especially on a SAAB340. Did they pick up another SAAB340 or are they downgrading another route to a Metro.
Having a Virgin code might help loads.

QFLink running 2-3 flights per day on the DHC8-400 so adds a decent chunk of seats to the market - but no doubt trying to poach some customers too.

VA were fairly well patronised when they flew the ATRs to BDB, however IIRC it was only a day return trip using an ATR that was dormant at BNE. Can't recall whether they added an extra service, but it did have the effect of getting QF to bring their prices down to something more reasonable.

This is great news, especially for those days like many Wednesday mornings when Qantas don't have an early morning BNE-BDB
