Did I mention I loved Cheetahs?

The first thing we saw upon leaving the airport in Kruger on our way to the Sabi Sands were three Cheetah brothers. Absolutely breathtaking, although the traffic jam they caused was a pain, it was a pretty good intro to Africa! A bigger and longer trip to Africa is definitely on the to do list, all these pictures only help confirm this - an amazing trip!

As others have said, Africa becomes addictive . So many different places to go - Botswana, Rwanda very different to Tanzania or South Africa. People and animals beautiful everywhere though!

Just a little update.

When we got to Hemingways the first time, I was so upset over our waiter, that I wrote him a letter, explaining that Australians don’t really understand tipping and that I had followed the managers guidelines and that we had really appreciated everything he did for us.

Anyway I have just received an email where he assured me he was entirely happy with the tip and had enjoyed being with us. So not sure what happened - maybe some personal problems.

We had really enjoyed everything about Segera, so it was good to get that feedback.
