Local champion gone?

I opened my Amex app this morning and can't find the Local Champion button anymore, and I'm sure it was there when I checked my bonus points last night. Has anyone noticed the same thing?

UPDATE: the local champion button came back after a few hours, don't know what happened... if admin sees this thread please delete, as it's no longer relevant.

Surprisingly, mine came back! It was gone for a few hours and now it's back... don't know what mysteries were involved...
