Hi Team,
My honors account has 2 email addresses attached to it.
Even though the preferred email is my personal gmail, the MFA codes are going to my old work address.
I can't change card, claim or buy points, etc.
Hilton tell me to ring the verification team but they aren't help me and say just to remove the MFA option (but you need to authorise this change with MFA!)
Any ideas? Is there any local support teams I can speak to?
