Lost personal item on Qantas

I couldn’t find an answer on the forum so looking for help. My wife left an iPad in Business Class Qantas PER-MEL last Thursday evening. QF776. She has tried very unsuccessfully emailing Qantas with no response. Has anybody got any idea how to ask if it was handed in by the cleaning staff? We understand the difference between lost personal items like this v lost baggage so didn’t think a trip to Tullamarine worthwhile. Or is it? We can’t find a contact number anywhere (obviously deliberate). Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Thank you. Yes that’s where we emailed. The response was generic (see below)
But most places have a phone contact - Melbourne don’t. Unless the cleaners stole it then it would be there. And “Find My” not working as it was switched off
