Should QFF Platinum be eligible for EK First lounge access in Dubai, if flying FlyDubai? I booked through Emirates, and my ticket has an EK flight number on the FZ leg, but my boarding pass only shows the FZ number.

Don't believe so - you've got a code share that's operated by a non-partner airline.

Similar to say other oneworld elites on JQ flights, even if QF code share
