I post anticipated lounge times (coz that's when I am in the lounge to meet up. ), others post flight times.

I do as well, or when I arrive from one flight as my arrival time to the lounge, but this all gets very complicated fast. Details of the flight number generally helps people work out when you'll be there though, Google is good with that

My suggestion for a particular format was to possibly help samh004 with his compiling of the data. I was not saying anything was broken, just asking if it would help him with the formatting. A bit like posting to a format in the mASA spreadsheet thread makes my life a lot easier. As samh004 has no problem with how individuals post at the moment, then we can just keep doing what we are doing.
