Hi there,
i wonder if anyone is going through DBX on 1 Jan? My parents are transiting there (catching EK 412 to SYD), and we were just told their incoming flight to DBX has been cancelled and they're put on an earlier flight, meaning they'll have over 6 hours in DBX. And as the layover is less than 8 hours, they are not entitled to complimentary hotel there. With no lounge access, 6 hours layover is a bit too much for two frail elderly. Any help in guesting them into any of the lounges in DXB is greatly appreciated.

Think wife and daughter travelling Virgin that day so need to take them to T2 before the flight. What time is your flight?

I should be able to guest both of them into the QF domestic lounge around 6 am before I make my way to the international terminal to check in for my JQ flight to MEL...

But they are looking for access to the VA Lounge AIRwin as that's who they are flying (plus cdp88 + partner will be in the VA Lounge, so I'm sure they want to be together)
