Assume any guest would need to be traveling on QF41? Or can they be any OW?

As a NB I have no lounge access and would appreciate some, but at the same time, I doubt I will have a lot of time to take advantage of said access.
I'm just happy to be flying again so wanted to be part of the thread

Don't know if they use flytalk (the small talk didn't cover it)

I ended up taking a second guest thanks to a gentleman "Sean" at SYD QF J 4MAR16 and a gentleman "Megan" at HKG CX Wing J 8MAR16
