On VA83 20 Nov 2018 SYD - HKG arriving 4:35pm in HKG. Leaving HKG - LHR at 11:55pm on VA 5341.

I have a 7 hour 20 minute layover in HKG and have been told by VA that I don't have lounge access to VAs lounge as I am technically on a Virgin Atlantic ticket from HKG to LHR (cannot believe the stingy buggers don't have a lounge share agreement at HKG!!).

Can anybody help guest me in to a lounge at HKG during that period?

- VA 83 - 20 Nov 18 - SYD - HKG (The House - old Etihad Lounge at SYD) - 7:15 am - 10:15 am
- VA 5342 - 27 Nov 18 - LHR - HKG (Virgin Atlantic Club House at LHR) - 6:00 pm - 9:00pm
- VA 82 - 28 Nov 18 - HKG - SYD (The Club Autus at HKG) - 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Thanks for the tip. I think the problem is Atlantic do not have their own lounge in HKG anymore and use the Plaza Premium one for eligible guests. It looks pretty ordinary.

Tempted to travel in to town given I have over 7 hours to kill. But if I can be guested in elsewhere, then that would be better.

It's a big hole for me and will stop me flying this route again. I may as well stick to Etihad when travelling to LHR if there's no stop over lounge.

Oh and sorry it was the Delta status challenge to be correct, but gave 3 months to reach quite a low mileage level, 20k miles

Yes I read about that in The West Australian. Thankfully I’m not flying direct to CBR from Perth tomorrow afternoon- instead I get to stay in the Ibis Airport for 5 hours
