followed by October 5th departing Singapore on SQ26 for Frankfurt at 23.55 - 18 hours layover on that one.
4 people travelling together - any lounge any part of it would be greatly appreciated.

My husband and I usually travel QF but on this one had no choice so no status whatsoever of SQ.

I hope you're able to find a solution... doesn't SIN have a day hotel or something similar? I've heard of people getting out of HKG to see the city with less time between flights than yours, so perhaps that could be an idea too?

I was able to get into the city itself and have a look around with only an 8 hour stop over, there are "tour the city" services designed for people with even less time than that. So with 18 hours, I would be looking at spending at least 15 of them in the city itself.

There are trains which run pretty frequently which you can use to get yourself around.

Yes, it is 4 people into each lounge. I know Singapore has the day tours but with such a long flight ahead and the rush we will ahve here before departure I don't think any of us will have the desire to do that. We'll see what happens.

Its a tough ask to guest 4, but you could look at the pay lounges:
