When do they usually serve those pop-up menu items? I've asked the barista at the Sydney lounge and he doesn't seem to know

Great question! I've recently been in the SYD, MEL & CBR lounges at mid-arvo to evening & lots of advertising but no pop ups found yet

I experienced popup ham and cheese pizza offered by a roaming waiter in Adelaide lounge around 6:30pm on a Sunday. It was pretty average tasting but I appreciated the gesture.
