Currently sitting in the lounge at ADL and withing 10 seconds of sitting down someone raced over to clean my table. Then after flicking through an email on the phone an attendant ( lovely lady named Hoa )came to my table and asked me what i would like to drink. After staring at her in disbelief, I thanked her and asked for a glass of savvy, which was promptly delivered from the bar. From memory this is the first domestic lounge that this has happend to me. This reminded me of how attentive the staff were in the new LA lounge on a recent trip.
Lets hope this level of service can be repeated elsewhere.

Well done ADL and Hoa

it is quite common in Canberra and I had someone in Brisbane ask me if she could bring me a refill when she cleared my glass away. Generally I have found service levels much better over the last few years.

I find that the QP service in ADL is markedly more proactive than all the other QPs I frequent.

I am in the Qantas/ Oneworld lounge at TBIT (LAX) and can only be positive. The greeting at the entrance was polite and informative, the bar staff were helpful and since then there have been drinks brought to our seats as needed.
Good effort by all present.

Last Tuesday in the CBR QP, they were wheeling around the drinks trolley offering people wine. Rather pleasant but my plane was being called sadly.

I've had a chap bring me a G & T in Sydney on one occasion as well.

Have never had any sort of service in ADL. CBR on the other hand, as soon as we sat down in the J lounge we were being offered coffee.
