Luxury Escapes partners with Velocity Frequent Flyer

In the App/ My Escapes .select trip. /Booking Details. I shows my VFF number and says 'Account already linked', and from memory it looks like where i added it, maybe, can't recall exactly

Can you please tell me which section it's in? I checked each of the sections, including My Profile/Personal Details and don't see anywhere to enter the number.

Have people been receiving their points when they pay in full for Escape or only when their Escape starts or when it finishes?
