After checking out the Conference itinerary last night, I have Mon night welcome drinks (5 to 7pm) and possibly Wed night ball.

I do need one night to see clients in East Perth - have to contact them to see their availability. She's a (casual) FA with QF, so normally had early starts and PER returns.

Why is the thread title from 18 Jan :confused:. Come over that day and make a good Sunday night overlapping with royalty ;):).

I'm happy to separate the threads tomorrow night when I'm back at home on my laptop - waaaay too difficult to do on an iPhone.

Sorry been a little preoccupied with work this week. Found out that I am not invited to the Gala Ball on Wednesday, so will lock in that night now for the main MaM dinner/event and I'll go through the thread tomorrow at work and separate them out into two threads.

May also set up another night for drinks and/or dinner if there are enough that can't make the Wednesday event. Possibilities are Monday and/or Tuesday and/or Thursday - although one night may be taken up with dinner with clients

Wednesday (that would be 21 January) is good for me. Are you staying in the CBD? As per earlier discussion, how about Lalla Rookh? They have a nice courtyard for drinks, the restaurant is good and the CBD location is central for public transport. (Home).

I'm happy to make a reservation once the numbers firm up.
