I have seen this message before on the old site. For me it had to do with a booking for multiple pax on the same booking. A single pax booking for myself opened immediately, the bookings for self + mrs + <16 year old kid was prompted for surname etc.

I could only get up to June and the rest were not there. I had to look up emails to get the booking references for the rest.

It is a bit clunky, coughbersome and confusing at first but the more you use it the easier it gets - it appears that when you click 'Bookings' tab it will display 3 closest bookings - under that is a grey block with SEE MORE on it - click that and another 3 bookings will appear so now you can see 6 closest bookings - click grey block again and another 3 will add to the list displayed to make total 9 displaying - as I said it takes a bit of practice.

It took me like weeks to work out how to 'Log Out'!

yes...but....view one booking , then go back to My Bookings and then you have to again display 3 closest bookings - under that is a grey block with SEE MORE on it - click that and another 3 bookings will appear so now you can see 6 closest bookings - click grey block again and another 3 will add to the list displayed to make total 9 displaying.

So if you are looking at waitlist bookings 7 & 8, it is really annoying.

WHile we are on the topic, I always find it unusual that the MyBookings page only displays the first leg as the title of the booking so the first leg BNE-SIN makes up all of my outbound SQ bookings, I would prefer if the displayed Origin and final destination. BNE-MNL, BNE-LHR, BNE-ZRH, where as currently all of these display BNE-SIN, BNE-SIN, BNE-SIN.

Maybe I'm too harsh.

A little harsh Alby.
I managed to book some flights so Mrscove is no longer in the expiring miles problem area.
We now have lots of flights booked so I just use the flight reference off their email.
