I went in this morning to do seat selection for a Monday morning flight - manage your booking page seems to be broken, at least for me.

It loads, but it's not displaying properly, and select seats button isn't working.
Qantas helpfully selected a seat for me when I called to tell them I couldn't access.

Anyone else having issues?

+1... Everytime i try to get onto the QF website to do something in the last week it's broken.

Missed out on the F1 sale due to being broken, cannot select seats for OS trip and I've even been allocated two booking codes for the same flight... Perhaps QF is using VB's IT people at the moment ;)

I suspect they are doing work on the seat selection process given its being opened up to all.

I'm sure your right Markis.

I always find it fascinating that sites such as QF dont have a feature that allows people to see online what parts of the site are experiencing problems. ISP's do it well with Server or Network issues having the traffic light system.

I would imagine that QF would get a spike in telephone traffic with people simply ringing up to find out what is going on.

So it's not just me...
I go to the relevant page and it looks like I've been transported back in time to 1996! That's what pages used to look like.

I seem to have increasing negative experiences with this system when I want to use it.
Still not working as I type:evil::evil:

Just worked for me to change my seat at T-80 (well a few hours later).

However I just looked into a possible May flight booking, chose my destination and dates and got the screen "Method not allowed" with nothing else. All a bit weird.

Yeah, weird - I just tried next week's flights, worked fine.

Then chose a flight on 13 May - error message, after I selected seats for both legs.

Please review the following items

Your selection contains unavailable service(s). (119223)

Within T-80 and I can move from row 2 to row 1 on a 737-800, but right at the end I get exactly the same message. Row 2 might be better anyhow. :)

I flew MEL-SYD this morning on a return ticket, and when I look in my FF bookings section, my booking has disappeared. I can however view the booking if I enter the booking ref in via the QF website.

Does this happen often?

I had that last week for a little while. First time I'd seen it. I just put it down to my trying to do something not allowed.

The one thing different for me about this booking was that I also booked a Budget car rental during the booking process.

It's only happened to me when my FF number was somehow removed from the booking.

Did it still show on the booking page when you viewed the reference?

I'm tempted to call the WP helldesk and ask wtf is going on.
