Manila / Singapore / Hong Kong trip

Thanks for the TR - good to get other people's perspective on places. My O'S trips are purely leisure but I enjoy reading about hotels etc.

This would be the last post in this thread, as I didn't do much other than work for the rest of the trip.

I had half a day in HK prior to flying back to Manila, so I spent that time in HK (only park center of HK) park and also the Victoria peak. I was disappointed that they drained the artificial pool, otherwise it would have been an place to take pictures of natural aquatic animal. Peak was also slight disappointment due to the extensive fog on that day, but nevertheless it was an enjoyable trip.

Enjoy the pictures:

I was about to say "Woah, non-existent line for the return tram...", and then I saw the mist. Haha

Enjoyed what you posted. Thanks.

But must take you up on your comment that the QF SIN lounge is on par with the SYD F lounge. Surely you jest??

I always fly out of SYD in the morning so I never had their lunch or dinner menu, so based on my experience the food is on par with the dinner menu in Singapore and the service in Singapore is almost as good if not better than SYD.

SYD F lounge in the morning can be crowded but nothing like the zoo I've experienced in SIN in early evening. Food has always been no better than average in SIN in my experience.

But, they are both good. I prefer the F lounges by a mile, but glad others enjoy SIN as much. Not really the subject of this TR so i'll move on!
