Hi all

I just did my first transfer from Westpac Altitude to MH. When inserting my MH FF number online to process the transfer I entered my nine digit FF number excluding 'MH' at the beginning. The system said transfer accepted. Does anyone know if the MH is required at the beginning of the FF number? If so I'll need to call and amend.

i would call anmend, jusr in case. i recently transferred points acpross and put an exta digit in the number. after complainging to Altitdue Black, 1 week and the points returned. no follow up tho, i hD to just keep checking

I don't remember needing to put the MH in the FF number section when transferring points from Altitude to Enrich.

I called to amend yesterday and after the operator checked she said "the system seems to automatically put MH before the number you entered"

Checked my MH account this morning and all points have cleared. Very quick !
