There was a decent Sale just a week or so ago. Booked SYD-PEK//PVG-SYD (via HKG) for $3k. Reasonably happy with that.

I had a good dig around the Eithad prices, but alas, it seems July and August J fares to London or Paris are still very high even with the 13% discount. So after all the black Friday sales I am still flightless and will keep my eyes open for some more deals hopefully in the New Year. Yes I also should express my thanks to everyone. We booked CGK to Munich on Turkish Airlines for $3.6k each. Just missed the very good Etihad prices but happy with what we got.

hwy I noticed Turkish have AUD$4.2k CGK to LHR if this is of any interest during June / July. Interestingly, Paris is more exe.
