And I only earned 25k for my last stay. Thanks Markis

You really must try harder

PS You're welcome, but credit really goes to the sharing spirit both here and on FT, and of course not overfarming the paddock.

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere (i am still reading through this entire thread, and new to the hotel points game) - is it wise to register for all offers or is there other advice on which combination to register for?

Register for all offers has been my strategy.

Bearing in mind, some of them have "use by dates" based on date of registration, so some need careful activation with due regard to upcoming stays.

Hi I have booked rooms in Mar 2014, should I enter bonus codes now? Or should I wait till closer to the date? Do the bonuses aply at check in? Or at room booking?

Couldnt find info on the websites.

They apply when you complete the stay. Wait closer to the date I would think.

I think most of the codes are quarterly and expire in December; you could wait until the new year. OTOH, if you load them and they expire, then no harm done. But either way, you will have to load all the new codes (assuming there are some) early next year. JV

I see no point in loading until a stay is close, they often run for years.

26.5k for an IC stay at Singapore and auto qualify for gold elite on one of the offers!

Thanks markis!

All these hyper points earnings people are getting are presumably because IHG Rewards promos are stackable, is that correct? So all those 'earn 1000 points on your next stay' promos can be earned concurrently, provided they have a different four digit code?

Correct, and some run for months such as the 3000 bonus per stay for three months.

On FT there have been a bunch of new codes that I can register for, indicating a good chance they will work:

Just found this thread. Signed up to IHG and trying to find where I can input codes? Can someone help me locate it?

Thanks

Noted, that my Ambassador Accelerator promo has been extended to April 2014, giving plenty of opportunity to snag another 20k ( need another four nights )

Thanks very much markis10 - 36684 points for a 1 night stay at the CP Norwest. The stay also triggered a 21000 point bonus from the Big Win Promotion. Not bad at all!
