I always wanted to come - I just needed to make sure I didn't have any work commitments that conflicted

There's still a possibility that I have to go to Melbourne on the Friday though, which is why I haven't booked my return flight yet.

And yeah, I guess I should tell work too

Nothing like a last minute call up from a client (or really, his PA) at 4pm today saying he's available between 10.30am and 1.30pm tomorrow [and I've been chasing him for 6 weeks] - :evil: all happening on my 2nd last day at work before 7 weeks hols

Yes that is great but trying to sort out lounge access for Monday 23 May. I am flying that night but ~2 hours after Bob W.

We will work something out tomorrow night. I wonder if we can do something sneaky for lounge access on Friday as well?

It won't be QF First Lounge at that time. It does not open until 3:00pm. You may need to visit the Skyview Lounge unless you don't mind being on your own in the QF Business Lounge if it still open.

Chances are I'll probably be at a cafe/restraunt as they offer good food - or squeezing in some last minute shopping. You're right with both lounges being closed, I just put the default lounge that first came to mind.

Guesting isn't a problem, just name the lounge and date/time!

Oh no:

Will try QF8 another time (August at the latest, because I'm already booked on it from DFW ).

Anyway, if anyone else is crazy enough to get to BNE at the same time, there's a lounge spot available although at that hour of the day it's likely that I'll time my arrival so I walk straight through security and onto the aircraft
