Thank you to everybody for you condolences.

When BIL was airlifted to John Hunter last year he was given the best care possible and looked after very well.
Same goes for the Mater Newcastle when he was transferred there..

By Princess Fiona?

Both of us are happy with the 24 seater , especially as there are only 16 passengers.

Ditto here...I only have a small carryon bag...

Sorry to hear of Mrs B's and your loss. Unfortunately this type of news seems to occur more often as one ages.

On another note, must try to get on the next Buzz tour. cheers

My only thought about bus size is that it should be big enough to carry the purchases back to base :) (oh, and the purchasers too)

Bus size should not be a problem given the number of pax.
Mrs. B should be with us on Sunday, flying out tomorrow and returning late Friday or Saturday.

I think we will all be happy with your decision Buzz but personally have a liking for the big bus with participants to pay $10 or $20 extra depending on how many contribute.

I am glad you had the opportunity to say goodbye. It is not often that we have the opportunity.

As I mentioned, I am still trying to get schedules worked out, but the hope is there than I can make it work.

I don't care about bus sizes or costs. Whatever suits Buzz and the group.

Just a quick announcement -

I picked up some prizes last night from a sponsor should we say, so get your thinking caps on and let the game begin!

I wasn't impressed that I have to fly down on Virgin Australia, so chose the back of the bus knowing they board from both the front and the back. With no status match I'll just get to the airport with enough time to check my bag (blasphemy around here I know). So imagine my surprise when checking-in this evening to discover I could select row 3, as a Virgin Red :p

Well the event draws near. Just wishing to confirm that the meeting place is opposite the Adelaide Convention Centre in North Terrace, at 9.15am sharp? Thanks.

I think it's in front of the convention centre rather than opposite.

The meeting place is at the bottom of the escalators leading up to the Convention Centre, on North Terrace.
If anybody wants my phone number just send me a PM.

Currently at the Farmers Markets at Barossa, more wine tomorrow at Mclaren Vale

Or maybe just look out for a group of people on Nth Terrace, holding wine glasses and looking expectant.
