Meal Included on TSV – MEL JQ Flight?

I booked ROK–TSV–MEL in economy on the QFF website using the usual 18k or so reward points.

The TSV–MEL segment is an evening JQ flight, arriving at MEL about midnight. When I go to view the booking for that leg over on the JQ website, it suggests that a "meal" is included but no bundles have been added. That said, it suggests that 1 checked bag is also included.

Does this mean one of those inflight vouchers is already included in the booking – like the sort you get when you do added bundles on a regular website booking direct with JQ? Any idea how much the voucher might be for? I'm guessing $10 each but no idea.

The bag is included, I’ve been there and done that. I’m pretty sure a meal is not however ( regardless of what the QF site says). If you’ve got the JQ booking number you can log in and check.

Bags are always included on JQ flights booked as QF awards.

There won't be a meal though...that's an error.

Yes, I saw this while logged in on the JQ website not the QFF website.

Guess we'll find out on the day!

I did a QF booked JQ flight SIN > MEL last year. Baggage was included but meals you had to pay. As we were in SIN though, we just pigged out at jewel then hopped on JQ.

I have flown TSV-MEL on Jetstar before, at mealtime, and a meal was most definitely NOT included.

They once did include a $10-$15 onboard spend voucher from memory, that was at least 5-10 years ago, now it’s just the luggage for free and that’s it. Food and seat selection must cough up.
