Too bad for mid June - I'll be making my way around E Africa in this - again. Did 8 days in Kenya in it last year. It's going to be 16 days Tanzania-Malawi-Botswana-Zambia this year. Ho hum... .

No - but I wish I had a pilot's licence and was able to! It's a tour. I did one last year with the same company and the aircraft is just divine, so I booked for a different tour this year.

Travel by air between game parks is a great way to go in E Africa as the roads a very corrugated and it takes about 12-14 hours to do what the aircraft does in about an hour. Talking to some Australians on a ground tour by a well-know Australian operator in one of the lodges last year, they said it was great but they were sick of being shaken about so much for hours on end.

Hi all

I was in the city today and walked past Trustee so I popped in and made a reservation for Tuesday. It will ensure we have an area to ourselves and allow anyone who doesn't recognise others to find the group.

It's booked under AFF.

No I can't do 20th, as it clashes with a day trip of mine - BNE/EMD/BNE (nothing like a day trip [well 4 hours] to a mining town to see 2 clients and hop back on the plane home)

Alas, even if I could, only ~30K points in all my 8 "Wilson household" QF accounts, so insufficient for minimum 36K BNE/PER or vv.

I secured my MASA for PER next week, weeks ago... Also flew some MASA's yesterday and today... Tomorrow I need to research more MASA's.... One cant have too many MASA's before the fun ends in June 30
