Mel airport early bag drop?

Hi waiting at the airport for a scoot flight at 12.45. Any way to drop bags off early?

Don't think so. Some airlines accept bags for flights later in the day, but I have not (yet) seen any LCC doing that.

P.S: Even Qantas doesn't do this anymore (they are very pedantic in MEL; SYD is the exception though).
