Only trouble with this one compared to the RAR run is that it was a one way mistake.

That was the downside of it, would of been great if someone had plans to go to the UAE but for a status run then maybe not doing the SYD AUH leg was a good decision. I would of loved to go but no way back and spending pocket money on the return trip wouldn't of been worth it.

I did pick up 240 QF SCs with CX on the way back, which was pretty handy.

Lucky, I think I may need to focus on getting SG or above with QF now. I have 3 more similar trips with VA but no sc, only cheap holidays in J hehe

I think enough time has passed and the memory of CHC and longhaul Y has faded enough to consider doing it again!

Now to check if VA are updating their booking engine again...
