I'm noticing some gaps in your NV range - surely someone can bring a Ruinart, Perrier Jouet, Louis Roederer or a Billecart... my 4 favourite NVs.

AFF is really at the point we need a Champagne section, rather than just one thread. I'm a fan of "Advice on Champagne" but if we had a segment it could have separate threads on Events, Specials and Offers, Tasting Notes and Plans, Champagne Accessories (glassware, fridge etc). Just a thought

Poor you AirKat Events (and chats about champagne) are my favourite bits... is it a FF forum?? lol
There's probably still space for you on Cruiser's bike ride but make sure you look at the link before you confirm...
Good ideas with the NVs.. I was trying to pick some things with different price points that I hadn't tried before against my favourite NV Bollinger... but I haven't tried the Ruinart.. Billie is one of my favs also but I know that one pretty thoroughly

Ruinart can be hard to find, its not a Dans/1st kind of a drop... sadly. A purchase report would be appreciated.

On a separate note, working from home today has allowed me to pop a world cup Taittinger to drown my sorrows at missing such a great event

Worth it if you find it Vintage Cellars is generally a no go as well. Much easier to find in Europe.... which is no help to you.

Good independent wine shops will have it.

Nick's sell it, CWS might, and I think DJs also, not that I would be seen dead buying liquor there... The only thing that place is good for is credit cards.
