MEL options for morning SQ departure?

I will be departing next Monday on SQ0238 (09:05 departure). I will be in J, and I have Star Gold (through AC 50K) as well as Velocity Plat. I also have Amex Platinum and Priority Pass.

The SilverKris Lounge has been pretty ordinary in the past, and that was in the afternoon; I suspect their breakfast offerings are even worse. Apart from that I guess I have:

NZ (was last there before an evening EY departure nine years ago)
The House (nice at lunchtime and evenings)
Centurion (light snacks were OK for a late morning departure last year)
Plaza Premium
Marhaba too, maybe?

Any recommendations? Priorities for me are:

• good (Western) breakfast options: bacon or other breakfast meats, hot eggs, pancakes/waffles, pastries
• espresso
• breakfasty booze: espresso martini, mimosa, screwdriver, Bellini

The Plaza Premium lounge doesn't open until 8:30, so actually you only have the 4 options.

If a nice breakfast is your number 1 priority I'd probably go with the AmEx Centurion lounge. The bar is staffed at that time of the day, but mainly for coffee orders. I've never personally asked for booze for breakfast!
