I don’t know exactly why he changed it I just send him a text one day asking for a booking and he responded from a different number and advised this was now the number to use
 
Another option for MEL is AXB Airport Express. We have used them as a family on 3 occasions to and from MEL and had really good service. As with the provider recommended in this thread all they need is your inbound flight number and they will monitor its progress. Recently we landed 50 minutes early from AUH but the driver arrived ahead of the booked pick-up time as he'd been keeping an eye on our flight.

We have two young children and AXB will supply a vehicle with child seats or booster seats according to age.
