Its in the short term multistorey carpark

Is it worth the extra $10 over the online short term rate?

If you can get an online deal only ten dollars more definitely worth it.
You drop your car off right next to the end of the footbridge.
Finding a space in the short term car park can take ages of driving around in circles and can also be quite a long walk. In the case of Virgin you could almost find closer spaces in the long term car park.

Used them a few times but had a nightmare on the last trip.

I left my keys (aside from the car key) in the side pocket of the car (not visible from the outside). No point in taking these overseas. When I got back they were gone!

Virgin denied taking them so I turned the car and my luggage inside out looking for them. I then said I would have to inform the police of the theft and left the airport. Managed to get into my apartment via the rental agent and was about to start organising replacement keys, a police report and an insurance claim. Got a call from airport security - they had my keys.

Long story short - the valet had found the keys and removed them. But the valet desk didn't know what to do with them (!) so gave them to security. I couldn't believe it. They had no right to remove anything from my car and even if they did why on earth didn't they keep them at the valet station? I was so angry...
