Some of you may have heard a nefarious rumour among the @Sprucegoose and his gaggle of young geese that @penegal is with child.

Let me assure you all that this is a "tall tale".

A panel of resident AFF medical experts have examined penegal and confirmed beyond any doubt that penegal is not pregnant, just fat. As a result they have prescribed a regime of diet and exercise for the battered and bruised ego of old penegal.

There is a slight chance I was positive on Sat night at the event . Keep an eye out for symptoms and seek medical advise if needed. Sorry to be the barer of bad news.

I and +1 tested positive for Covid when we returned from Africa on 17 Nov...so we should still be (hopefully) immune! Hope you feel better soon.

@LinaLee . Still testing positive this morning . Not aa bad as the 1st time I had it. Very tired still and lacking energy , but thankful I have no cough. Its just annoying its taking so.long to get out of my system. Thanks for reaching out to me
