Melbourne Drinks Fri Nov 20th

Sorry Drewbles, I shall be in NZ.

Ironicly I am working in one of the buildings above this pub for two days this week, but will be in CHC come Friday evening.
 
That time is just too late for me, munitalP, as I have a conference finishing at the MCEC at 4.30pm Friday and have an 8.05pm flight back to BNE. I also have my 2 business partners in tow, who aren't into this AFF thing like I am :shock::p:rolleyes:
 
I can't make these drinks - I'll be in Paris.

However, I am going to be in MEL on the nights of 8/12 and 9/12. If there is the slim chance that there may be drinks on such dates (I say slim because such dates would be onerously close to the date of the November one, plus they are in the middle of the week), I'd like to be kept in the loop.

Have fun! I'll see to having a glass of French vino if they serve it by the glass in Paris (at a reasonable price)....

Based on current schedule (subject to change :p) I can meet you for a drink on these dates.
 
Have another function on that evening in the city, so if it works out, might drop by and see if anyone is still kicking on.
Would like to come along and spend longer than 10 minutes this time.
 
OK OK OK, so I'll be spectacularly hungover ;)
I'll still try to make it all the same!
 
I will try to arrive by about 6 or so, will be coming straight from work on St Kilda Rd so hopefully not too much delays. :)
 
Damm, if only I was flying into MEL a day earlier I could finally get along to my first meet.

Well depending how long you're here for drop me a line. I have no plans that i'm aware of for tomorrow night and might be able to show you around the place. As a fellow ex-sandgrouper, I like to try and show off my adopted home town :)

Thanks for the offer drewbles, but its straight to the QP as i'm just connecting through. Love Melbourne to bits, came over eariler in the year for Avalon airshow (what a downer that was) and the food and wine festival. Plus for some reason, I always seem to have a good run on the Roulette tables at Crown.
