Melbourne T4 to Qantas International lounge?

Hi,

We're flying MEL-DPS next week. Our flight leaves from T4, but we have Qantas lounge passes.

Is it possible/worth it to get from T4 to the Qantas international lounge and back with a 2yo and a 4yo in tow? Can it be done airside with the new connection from T4 to T3, or would we need to go through security multiple times?

You're right! It's my first time flying with JQ and had been told by a friend that all Jetstar flights leave from T4, but checking my itinerary I see that it's T2. Sorry!

T4 is Jetstar domestic. All international flights leave from T2, including QF & JQ
The QF T2 international lounge is airside after security and emigration.
