This has just come up on OzBargain as a free app and apparently has good content, handy for those wishing to visit Melbourne:

Hmm - on first look it is fairly ordinary...

It's a pretty awful app. Changed the temp to Celsius, but when clicking the weather it still came up as Fahrenheit! Also couldn't change the weather locations to anywhere in QLD as that appeared broken.
