Dear Lindsay
As a member of Le Club Accorhotels (formally known as A|Club) we are very interested in hearing about your experiences and perceptions of the program.

In line with our aim to continually improve the program we are seeking feedback from our members to help guide future enhancements.

We have commissioned Ipsos, an independent market research agency, to conduct a short online survey on our behalf. This research will commence fielding in early June 2012 during which time you may receive an email from AccorLoyaltySurvey@iviewclients which contains a secure link to the online survey. The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete depending on your answers and we would greatly appreciate your participation.

In appreciation of your support, all completed questionnaires will be automatically entered into a draw for a chance to win one of six Accor Hotels & Resorts Gift Cards ranging in value from $250 to $1,500. The Gift Cards are redeemable at over 160 Accor Hotels and Resorts in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

It is only by hearing directly from you that we can optimise our program’s features and benefits to ensure its continued success. Even if you have not used the program recently we are still very interested in hearing from you.

Got the same thing.

I hope they survey me. I will definitely have a thing or two to say about the program. And they are not nice.

I got it too....I always fill them out...yet to ever get any prizes!
 
I received the survey this morning, haven't had time to login and complete it as yet. Anyone else?

Got mine yesterday, and have done it. I loved the opportunity to tell them my very honest thoughts about their very average (less than average) programme! Didn't want to miss the chance!

I responded yesterday. Like others, I let them know about their below average program...

And me, I did it for the points rather than any optimism on the program!

Mrs Pablo got it (I didn't) but she got the 500 points reward rather than entry into the draw. She may have completed the survey with my help - we were pretty ruthless but I'm not sure it will be listened to.
