I just logged into Accor and I'm a classic member - did a dummy booking for Movenpick in Hobart from 22nd to 26th - total is $798

Another browser did search without logging in - price is $912 and using my maths skills that is not a 30% discount. Any ideas.

Would be nice if I received these member sales being accor member... but alas the usual Accor IT woes no doubt.

It seems you need to book these from a 'landing page'.

Go to www.all.accor.com and log in.

Once done, scroll down and find the promo on the left - click Book now.

... or click the image in post #1 of this thread ...

In March 22-26 I see $686 for the 4 nights.

I get the same price as I did yesterday - it was April 22-26 I was looking at - regular price is $912 and special still $798 which is a 12.5% discount

I re-booked 2 of my four current hopeful bookings - saving on average about 12% (member special rate)

Using the ShopBack app so no choice where I landed, so hopefully getting some trailing commission lol.

After looking into it more, serfty's suggestion worked better. The 30% offer will come up under 'package' tab as a City Private Sale. (Using ShopBack, found it under menu -> Deals).

T&Cs are limited to certain hotels.

General T&C

Have booked some "city private sale" deals to help in a mattress run using the fast track offered to Accor Plus members.

I received a push notification from my ALL app this morning directing me to a members-only 30% off sale for hotels in Australia/NZ. Rather typically for Accor, when I clicked on it, I got an error message, but having snooped around elsewhere on the site for the promo, have had no luck finding it.

Has anyone actually figured out how to book using the promo?

Thanks for the link Serfty. After all that, nothing particularly compelling for my upcoming stays in Sydney, Adelaide or Queenstown.

I can’t access any member sale on any of the links
This is what I get A39143C9-E10E-45A9-BFA6-F567426F5C60.png

Clicking directly on your booking link @serfty I get this. Their IT is an absolute basket case.

@Princess Fiona I generally don't use small smart devices when making bookings - the link works fine for me with Chrome on Windows 10 Laptop.

Having written that, I know what you mean about basket case; it is only the last two months that I have been able to access the ALL website without first clearing the site's cookies.

I have the same issue @Princess Fiona with accessing the link on the mobile website/ALL App. It seems ridiculous that they push notifications that don't work. I'm using ios as a data point.

I'm always sceptical about Accor "30% sales" - previously its meant 30% less than the highest rack rate, easily achievable by members in regular bookings at most times.

I agree, and let's be honest, most things related to Accor require a decent dose of scepticism...

In my case, no savings for Sofitel Darling Harbour, Sofitel Adelaide or Sofitel M Gallery Queenstown compared to when I looked yesterday.
