Posting this as we stayed here at the start of our overseas trip in May. We were only staying 1 night

We booked direct while a sale was on & paid less than $110 for a deluxe king apartment. Checkin was painless & quick. We were allocated 2305 & it was a great room. Around 55m2 with air, separate toilet, shower over bath, quick internet, very comfortable king size bed, windows that open to a limit & great views of the river from the lounge area & bedroom. Soundproofing was excellent & lifts were quick-took a while to get used to swiping the room key to be allocated a particular lift. It didn’t affect us but parking is $40 a night.

This serviced apartment is ranked 1 on Trip Advisor & we enjoyed a great stay.

Meriton serviced apartments all seem to be very good to excellent, in my experience. And they are all very similar. Last year I lived in one (Alexandria) for a month and then a different one (Macquarie Centre) for another month. Apart from the area, it was almost like being in the same place. Also spent a couple of days in a revolting Quest apartment in North Ryde, couldn't get out soon enough.

Looks like a nice place for under $110/night!

Not sure what the "regular" prices are but I get email alerts when Meriton is having a sale-I like their properties

Just received another email with prices for Jan 2016. Prices for levels 1-10 and 41sq m start at $99 and 55sq m on higher levels start at $125
